英国正版365官方网站依托软科世界一流学科、MTA教指委委员单位、国家级旅游实验教学示范中心等学科优势,打造实力雄厚的师资队伍,并建立海外师资协作计划,形成融汇中外、产教融合、面向广泛的师资体系。研究生培养基于放眼全球旅游伦理规范和世界旅游发展态势,扎根文旅融合、安全发展、乡村振兴、一带一路倡议等国家战略与本土实践,培养前瞻型、创新型、可持续发展型综合研究人才。同时立足中国内地、港澳台和东南亚等海内外生源体系,形成国内最大的旅游学术硕士培养规模(40-50人),倡导创新型学习、鼓励可持续的学术成长,助推研究生高水平成果持续涌现。

近五年,我院研究生参与合作研究在TOURISM MANAGEMENT、Annals of Tourism Research、JOURNAL OF TRAVEL RESEARCH、JOURNAL OF HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM MANAGEMENT等国际国内顶尖及权威期刊上发表论文200余篇。

杨婷婷:2020级硕士生、2022级博士生

科研过程教给我的并不仅仅是科研本身,还有面对、解决问题的勇气和能力。刚开始每次遇到困难,我都会感到无从下手,甚至产生放弃的念头。但随着时间的推移,我学会了自己去摸索,慢慢攻克那些原本让我头疼的问题。当我一次次把之前觉得“做不到”的事情完成时,我开始意识到:无论科研还是生活中的任何难题,只要你愿意花时间和精力去解决,就没有真正的“过不去”。科研不仅是个人的探索之旅,更是团队协作和导师指导下共同进步的过程。在我们团队中,这种合作不仅充满智慧,更充满了温度。从入学以来,导师一直倡导我们“快乐学习,快乐成长”,不仅在学术上给予指导,也会关心和支持每个人不同方向的职业规划。这种开放合作,且充满人文关怀的氛围也正是学院所倡导的学习文化。

张建铭(境外生):2021级硕士生、2024级博士生

对我自己而言,论文写作的过程充斥着挑战和未知,明确自己的研究问题并进一步实现,这是一个有艰苦、有收获的过程。一定要实时了解问题,审视论文内容,认真专研学术,才能在科研的阶梯上攀登成长。同时,在论文的写作和修改过程中,导师给予了极大的支持,指引了论文投稿和返修的要点。师门团队的大家也提供了很多帮助,每次交流都给研究的过程增添了不少乐趣和创新点,也从他人处吸取了许多的独特理解。研究停滞的时候和同学们讨论一下总会带来新的视角,学习和交流中积累就会拥有成果。

程云:2019级硕士生

在华侨大学的三年,是我人生的重要转折点,我经历了知识的洗礼,能力的锻炼和思想的升华。三年来,导师坚持团队组会、国内外会议两手抓,致力于拓宽团队学术视野;关注团队成员生活与心理状态,缓解学生压力;以身作则,坚持不断学习和自我提升。在这样的学术氛围中,我获得了一个充满机遇与开放的学习环境,感受到了学术研究之外的人文关怀,也逐渐养成了自我学习和自我提升的习惯。

李月:2019级硕士生、2023级博士生

科研之路布满荆棘,漫长且艰辛。实验失败、数据不理想、理论推导陷入僵局,这些都是家常便饭。在这个过程中,团队是我的坚强后盾。团队就像一个大家庭,每个人都发挥着独特作用。我们共同承担项目时,不同专长的成员互补,有擅长数据挖掘的,有精通理论分析的。遇到难题时,大家集思广益,让问题迎刃而解。而导师如同学术道路上的明灯。我曾在研究方向上摇摆不定,导师结合我的兴趣和学院资源,引导我确定方向。在研究受阻时,导师细致地指出我的错误并给予方法指导。我们学院的合作研究氛围令人温暖。每次讨论,大家平等交流,各种想法自由碰撞。就算是不成熟的设想,也不会被轻视,而是能得到善意的建议。在这样积极包容的氛围里,科研的艰苦仿佛也被淡化,充满希望的探索精神在团队中蔓延。
